Refund and returns may be provided within 30 days of puchase.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at contact@piurandco.com and include the following information:
- Name and Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Request for (Refund, Exchange, Credit)
Piur & Co. will review your email and provide you with next steps.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns can be sent to:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you notifying that we have received your returned item and whether you will receive a full or partial refund.
A refund will be provided as a credit for the full or partial amount of the product (minus shipping) and will be applied to the original payment method within a 10 business days.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, the item must have been received by customer as defective, damaged or in error. The item must be returned in the condition it was received by the buyer.
